tuanmaster hello today my software version 1.2.8 suddenly has an error not showing shortcuts i need help with this problem, the application still shows in premiere but everything is blank no response. tried all ways to kill viruses, i read the permission section for premiere pro. but i don't understand how can anyone help me? i use the latest version of premiere pro -Excalibur_1.2.8 win 11
hobbesedits Replying to say thank you Sir Ivan! Your solution solved my problem. Taking out the file in the Spellbook folder is what worked for me.
SirCutsAlot I am having the same problem with 1.2.9. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't seem to function. I cannot see any commands nor can I add new commands. I have moved files out of the directory that also did not seem to help. Any suggestions?
Sir_Ivan SirCutsAlot What OS and Premiere Pro version do you use (exact number, e.g. 10.14.5)? Can you share screenshot of Excalibur Settings (command tab)?

S123 Hi! I tried all the suggested options. I managed to restore the “Commands” tab, but the search bar with Ctrl + Space still doesn’t work. Also, right now I can’t add hotkeys Excalibur: 1.2.10 PR: 2024 (24.6.1)
Sir_Ivan S123 did you try second part of fix (spell book commands file)? move this file to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro: [win]: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SpellBook\knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json [mac]: /Users/%username%/Library/Application Support/SpellBook/knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.
