Excalibur doesn't show everything blank

Today while I was working, I noticed that excalibur wasn't running! I opened the settings and noticed it was empty!!
I already uninstalled and installed it again, but it doesn't work!
Just yesterday it was normal!
I've been using Windows 11 for about 3 weeks through the test, everything was normal until yesterday!

Excalibur version: 1.1.3
Premiere Pro version: 15.4.1
Operating System and version: Windows 11

Looks like settings file is corrupted, try to delete this folder and restart Premiere Pro:
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur

*if you want to keep your settings, move excalibur folder to Desktop.

rafaelsouzams open Excalibur settings, hold ctrl down and type writelog
excalibur_log.txt will be saved in your Documents folder.
Please restart Premiere Pro, replicate bug and send me log.

Did this ever get resolved? I'm experiencing what looks like an identical problem.

Running Premiere 2021 (15.4.1 Build 6) on Windows 10
Installed and reinstalled Excalibur 1.1.4 and 1.1.3 without any luck.

Sir_Ivan Yes, I tried moving and deleting the folder, it gets regenerated on restart but the Excalibur window is still empty.

Summing up for anyone encountering that problem.

1) move this folder to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:

[win]: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur
[mac]: /Users/%username%/Library/Application Support/Knights of the Editing Table/excalibur

if this didn't help
2) move this file to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:

[win]: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SpellBook\knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json
[mac]: /Users/%username%/Library/Application Support/SpellBook/knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json

note to myself: implement backup for user settings and shortucts

Hi,

I've been using Excalibur for around a year with no issues but it stopped working on me today.

I noticed my Excalibur shortcuts weren't working today and the unsheathe command didn't work either. When I click on Window > Extensions > Excalibur Settings this window pops up. It's missing all my shortcuts and clicking on any button apart from the red X to close it does nothing:

I then downloaded and installed the most recent version of Excalibur but the problem persisted. I uninstalled Excalibur using these instructions (https://manuscript.knightsoftheeditingtable.com/extensions/excalibur/uninstall) then reinstalled it and the problem persists.

This issue is very recent, I think it started either today or yesterday. I didn't update Premiere to a new version or make any changes to the Excalibur or Premiere folders as far as I know.

Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

hello today my software version 1.2.8 suddenly has an error not showing shortcuts i need help with this problem, the application still shows in premiere but everything is blank no response. tried all ways to kill viruses, i read the permission section for premiere pro. but i don't understand how can anyone help me?

i use the latest version of premiere pro

Replying to say thank you Sir Ivan! Your solution solved my problem. Taking out the file in the Spellbook folder is what worked for me.
