ktman Excalibur doesn't seem to be unsheathing. Added the files to the windows defender whitelist mentioned in another thread. Also unable to change the unsheath shortcut.

Sir_Ivan ktman ah, apologies, it didn't load for me. You've already added files to windows defender. Try to reinstall Excalibur (just run installer file again).

m1k3ym8r1x70 I experienced the same and reverted back to Premiere Pro Beta 26.0.0 Build 50. They take one step forward then 10 steps back with breaking addons and extensions.
mats4d hah, the usual, ain't that the truth ! It might work again in the next beta or so, this happened once or twice before, just wanted to make sure it wasn't the same culprit. Thanks !
Gabby16bit Same problem for me with all latest (i downloaded at least 3 o 4 betas and all are keeping this problem) excalibur will not un unsheat. In the normal premiere everything is fine
