Speel book stops working and problem with quiver

Hi, I purchased the Quiver plugin and received the Speel Book plugin for it. While working in PR 25, it simply stops working. I can't launch it with a command. If I click on "Plugins," something loads but nothing opens. Only restarting PR alleviates the problem. How can I fix this? * plugin version (1.0.1) WINDOWS

Secondly, regarding Quiver, the recording shows that you can add effects during playback, but it keeps importing something. What am I doing wrong? This causes my PR to freeze. plugin version (1.1.1) WINDOWS

From your gifs I think you use adding items from sequence, copy/paste, am I right?
If copy/paste is involved, playback will be pause, this is how Premiere works.
