Unsheathe Excalibur not working

Hello Sir
I installed Excalibur on a Macbook Pro with Ventura and Premiere 24.5
The issue happens when I try to unsheathe Excalibur to insert the serial number, as the shortcut option+spacebar does not work.
The settings won't allow you to change shortcut and I also made sure that my Premiere's keyboard shortcuts won't interfere.
I also tried to follow the instructions given in this post, but no luck https://forum.knightsoftheeditingtable.com/d/346-excalibur-wont-initialize
I also tried to re-install it several times.
Any idea how to fix this?!

make sure you have granted macOS permissions to Premiere Pro:
http://manuscript.knightsoftheeditingtable.com/extensions/excalibur/compatibility/macos-permissions

If you've already granted permissions, try to reset permissions (sometimes macOS doesn't have them right):

give permissions to Premiere Pro (accessibility & input monitoring), skip if permissions already granted
untick Premiere Pro in permissions
restart computer
tick Premiere Pro back in permissions
launch Premiere Pro and test

Last option: turn to some black magic.
This will reset All permissions for Premiere 2024 on your machine, so you will need to give other permissions again (access desktop, documents folder):

open terminal
paste and press enter (password confirmation is required):
sudo tccutil reset All com.adobe.PremierePro.24
restart computer manually
open Premiere Pro and test (give permissions if prompted)
