Excalibur Won't Initialize

Every time I unsheathe Excalibur, it says that it is refreshing presets. So when I put in a command it won't load them. Also in the settings, once I press ok or cancel it doesn't exit the screen. I have to exit the window using the X instead. It
worked not too long ago and I don't know what happened.

I am running Premiere Pro 2022 v22.4

Computer: AMD 3900x
Graphics: 2070 RTX Super

What is your OS?

Excalibur settings might be corrupted. Let’s try this:

1) move this folder to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:
[win]: C:\Users\--username--\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur
[mac]: /Users/--username--/Library/Application Support/Knights of the Editing Table/excalibur

if this didn't help:

2) move this file to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:
[win]: C:\Users\--username--\AppData\Roaming\SpellBook\knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json
[mac]: /Users/--username--/Library/Application Support/SpellBook/knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json
