Hi there, Sir Ivan! I tried to use Excalibur today (admittedly for the first time in a bit) to find that it would not unsheathe and the "Refreshing Presets..." dialogue persisted. In addition to that, under settings, the Commands panel comes up entirely blank and even the "Cancel" and "OK" buttons are unresponsive. I actually updated to 1.2.3 after initially running into this issue, and that didn't change anything.

I've tried the other methods I saw posted here to address similar issues - including reinstalling Excalibur and Spellbook, moving the application support files, and checking/unchecking the permissions - to no avail. Would you be able to diagnose what else might be causing this? Thank you for your help!

    seems that Excalibur settings might be corrupted. Let's try once again and tell me of a result:

    1) move this folder to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:

    [win]: C:\Users\__username__\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur
[mac]: /Users/__username__/Library/Application Support/Knights of the Editing Table/excalibur

    if this didn't help:

    2) move this file to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:

        Neither option fixes it. Though I actually don't see a file called "knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json" in the Spellbook folder structure.
