"Arrow down" keybord shortcut in user command not working

I just want to know if this is some kind of limitation or I'm doing something wrong.
Default shortcuts for let say "Step forward 1 frame" and "Step forward many frames" are "Right" and "Shift Righ", but if I try to implement them into my User commands, they don't work.

These are not the only keyboard shortcuts that act this way, I already remapped my "Home" and "End" shortcuts for them to work with my custom commands.

Is Numlock enabled when you execute those commands?

that blue text next to shortcut is just a cue for a user for what he wants to do. There is no way for me to define which panel is active, so you can just select proper name for your keyboard shortcut press (e.g. during User Command you switch to Project panel and perform there some specific shortcut and you want it to have name that related to Project panel, not Timeline panel).

Also, I will note that one thing in common for all User commands that don't work for me is that their Shortcuts have multiple uses for different selected panels and whatnot.

My "quick fix" is to make a secondary shortcut that I need for Ctrl+Shit+Alt+whatever and because the command now has its own SC and nothing else it's working. I would rather not do this if that was an option.

Tried both Numlock off/on both without success.
Anyways this is a minor issue since I have a workaround. I still have plenty of key combinations to assign shortcuts, so I will do it just the way I did before.

Sir_Ivan Btw this is no longer an issue, not sure if it was fixed for me after 1.1.3 update or motherboard change, but I no longer have to work around this

I have the same problem with "Step forward many frames". It doesn't execute the command. I would like to know what your workaround is.
I am on Win 10 Pro Version 20H2.

Yes, Numlock is enabled.
But strangely, today it works. Maybe because of a restart of the PC?

Blikopener I think it shouldn't work if NumLock is enabled, because it changes the way how arrow keys work.
Try to launch this command two times: with NumLock enabled and disabled.

In my user command I want to go to the next clip, which happens when I press "arrow key down". So I used the command "keybord shortcut" and use "arrow down key" in it.
Running the user command puts the cursor in the "playhead position" field.
How can I select the next clip with a user command?

editking are you on Windows and do you have Numlock enabled?
Disable it or use add another shortcut for move to next clip command.
Currently Excalibur doesn't support NumLock.
