Can Excalibur Help Me auto adjust all audio levels to between -12DB and 0DB?

I want to deliver footage I've taken almost as shot, just joined together and with a bit of cleaning up of audio. For a set of clips I've dumped on the timeline, I want to cut 6 frames of the edges, cross fade the audio over 12 frames and adjust all audio levels to between -12DB and 0DB. Background noise when nothing's being said can be -24DB. Is this possible with Excalibre?

Some of this is possible.
You can add cross fade for sure.
To do edges cut, you will need to create a user command, but it will only work on one clip at a time.

Adjusting audio levels based on DB is not possible with Excalibur. Though I think you can use Compressor and/or Limiter on the whole audio track and make audio sound consistent.

Sir_Ivan if you create a user command to trim edges, and delete the space it creates, can you select all clips in the timeline and apply it?

willhayfilms currently no. It will require to iterate over each clip and move playhead properly.
You can make a user command that will include inside edge trimming and then it will move playhead.
Then multiply it 10 times say. After that you will have a user command that will work for 10 clips in a row.
