Custom presets reverts to default settings

Hi! I just (literally just) got excalibur and i'm trying out my custom presets that i have for S_shake and Drop Shadow, and even transform.

My experience is, I select a clip, press the assigned key combination to apply the preset effect with excalibur, and in most cases, the effect is applied with completely default settings. for example, the transform preset i have is set to only disable "Use composition shutter size" and set the shutter angle to 270. Upon manually dragging the effect from my preset folder onto my clip, it works as normal, but when I assign a key, (namely Ctrl+Alt+Numpad9) it simply will not use my custom preset settings. it applies the default settings instead.

I'm on premiere pro version v15.0 (build 41) by the way.

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, I tried searching for keywords and i just couldn't find a solution. Thanks in advance!

S_shake - is it Sapphire plugin?

Sir_Ivan Is it okay to send over a prproj file with my presets? and yes s_shake is from sapphire, although oddly enough, s_shake seems to work fine with excalibur occasionally. it's transform, camera blur, and other basic effects that just revert back to the default setting as stated above.

ianreutens I won't get your preset file this way, right click on a preset in your Effects tab and select export preset. It will generate effect preset file that you can send to me.

Does Drop Shadow get proper values from your preset?

Drop Shadow does seem to work well. Although through testing it seems I've found yet another issue. Using a multiple fx preset such as s_shake + Drop Shadow changes the scale of any graphic layer (text or shapes) to "nan" and the rotation to 1 degree instead of 0. Very strange. I will send to you the presets that have issues.
