Hi,
I’ve been searching for a way how to optimize my workflow and there is a specific feature that (I think?) is missing in premiere, and I’m looking for a way to do it more efficiently.
When I colorgrade my footage in DaVinci, I then render is as a single clip and bring it back to premiere. Graded footage is then cut as the original edit. However, I then need to re-apply any reframing and effects that I’ve done to the footage in premiere from the original footage to graded one. I use the copy/paste attributes feature for that.
But still I basically need to select an original clip, copy the attributes, select the graded clip above that and paste attributes. As you can see, if there are a lot of cuts, this can be very tiring process so I’m looking for a way how to do it more efficiently, probably some kind of script?
Basically I need a copy/paste attributes script that will copy framing and effects from bottom clip to the clip above that and do it across the whole track. Copying attributes from one track's clips to the other track to each clip respectively.
Maybe you guys have a better way of doing this and there is a better process. Any idea is welcomed.
