move selected clips n-frames won't work

I'm on Excalibur 1.1.1 and tried to move a bunch of selected clips a definded amount of frame forward or backward but they don't move. If I have no clips selected the playhead moves but not the clips if selected. Is this bug or am I doing something wrong?

Maui what is your OS and Premiere Pro version?
When you try to move clips, what command do you use, timecode (select clips, call up Excalibur and type number)?

Im on Windows 10 with the latest version of PP.

I select the clips call up Excalibur and enter f.e. +25
There is also a short flash but the clips are nor moved.

I also noticed that some label colors behave the same (like lavender). It tries to change the color but it is not changed

Try turning it off for now.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me

Changing the label to lavender now works but moving the clips doesn't
