System requirements need listing before purchase

I just purchased Excalibur, assuming it would work with macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra), and was excited to start using it. However, system compatibility requirements were not listed anywhere during the purchase process or description of the product. In the manual, you show that macOS 10.14.5 or higher is required. I am currently using Premiere Pro 2020 version 14.8.0 (Build 39). I've already installed Excalibur. If I update the OS, should I uninstall Excalibur first before updating the OS? Also, will the Excalibur license per machine be reduced after the update, or, instead, if I wipe the computer and do a fresh install of the OS and Excalibur?

Errol my apologies for inconvenience. Previously requirements were mentioned at checkout page, but after I moved to another sales platform, they disappeared. I added requirements directly on a product page.

If you will upgrade OS, license should be still active, so there is no need to uninstall Excalibur.
Only if you will do a clean install, then yes, machine seat will be used (reduced), but you always can deactivate it in License Manager.
