Touble with Excalibur on windows

Hello good sirs,

so I did a fresh installation of windows on my pc and needed to reinstall premiere and the extensions aswell.
Unfortunately the installation of the extensions is buggy.

While Quiver seems to be working, excalibur does not show up in the "Windows>Extensions"-Tab. Also they are not getting installed in the adobe folder in appData, they are "installed" in AppData>Roaming directly. Fianlly I don't think excalibur is getting installed correctly, since i only have a folder of ".excalibur_extensions" in my AppData with "knights_of_the_editing_table.quiver" being the only file in there.

Current filepaths are as follows:
"C:\Users\%NAME%\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table"
"C:\Users\%NAME%\AppData\Roaming\knights.of.the.editing.table.SpellBook"

What I have tried:

Reinstalling both premiere and the extensions
I looked into the firewall settings, though I only have windows native firewall and couldn't find the excalibur executanble anyway

Sir_Ivan Unfortunately not. There isn't even a folder structure "Adobe\CEP...".

The installers of excalibur and quiver only put folders into AppData\Roaming including "C:\Users\%NAME%\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table.excalibur_extensions".

flonkel try to create C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ this folder manually and then reinstall Excalibur.

also, do you install under admin account (user with admin rights)?

Sir_Ivan So I just tried it on the main account of the pc. I am using a second profile for videoediting.

On the "main user" there was no problem in installing both extensions, however after switching to the second profile the extension still isn't there and the installation doesn't work (even with admin rights).
Is there anyway to enable the second profile as well or am I stuck using the main?

flonkel I see. Excalibur is old extension, so it is installed to admin user location.
To make it available for every user, install it as admin and then move these:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\knights_of_the_editing_table.spellbook
