USER: I use AutoHotKey to program the premiere tool tip keys such as razor blade tool C to be only active when the c key is held down and as soon as I release the key it goes back to V (mouse). So basically the premiere tool tips are only active when the key is held down. I have this Programmed for all the tool tip keys (A,, B, N, R, C, Y, U, P, H, Z).
