Basehead vs Compass

Description

Hi, there is an issue of Basehead plugin disabling the Compass plugin. When Basehead works, Compass does not.

Expected Behavior

Compass should work regardless of Basehead.

Actual Behavior

Compass does not work – doesn't change the direction of export.

Steps to Reproduce

Install Basehead
Install Basehead's panel in Premiere Pro
Install Compass
Try to use Compass 🙂

Context

I want to use Basehead and Compass and I cannot.

Your Environment

PP 2026, macOS Sequoia 15.7.7.

I have Compass 1.2.1 version which uses a workaround, so it works, but I decided not to release it for everyone, as it reduces performance of my other extensions.
Write me to support@knightsoftheeditingtable.com, I will send you a link.

Also I will contact Basehead developer, to see if they can improve the situation.

mikolaj conversation with Basehead developer was really quick. In next update they will resolve it on their side, here is a note for you for next Basehead update:

look out for the update and make sure you tick the PPro Panel option in the full installer so it overwrites yours existing PPro Panel.
