Plugin Idea: Select Timeline Clips Based on IO Points
Core Feature:
Allow users to set an In-Point and an Out-Point to instantly select all clips within that specific time range on the current timeline.
Use Case & Value:
This feature would be incredibly useful when I need to quickly adjust the overall structure of my video (e.g., restructuring the narrative flow or trimming segments). It would save a significant amount of time compared to manually box-selecting clips one by one.
Technical Background & Pain Point:
As far as I know, there doesn't seem to be a mature solution available on the market right now. I tried to build this myself using Vibe Coding, but during the process, I discovered that Premiere Pro doesn't seem to have an API for programmatically "selecting" clips on the timeline.
A Friendly Request:
