Can apply effects after a while of using Premiere Pro

Description

ive used the plugin now some time.
But now i cannot apply any video effects anymore.

I resetted all the permissions for Adobe Premiere already then it was working for around 1 - 3 effects and now i cannot apply them anymore.
I can click on the name but nothing happens.

After a restart of premiere pro its workng again for some time, but than i cannot apply effects anymore.
Is there a fix for this problem, i dont know what to do.

This is good that you shared a detailed report. Since the plugin works after restarting Premiere but stops responding after a few minutes, this sounds more like the CEP/UXP panel is crashing or becoming unresponsive rather than an issue with the effects themselves.

A few things to try:

Update to the latest version of Excalibur (if 1.3.4 isn't the latest) and make sure Premiere is fully up to date.
Disconnect the Stream Deck and test whether the issue still occurs, as this will help rule out any integration conflict.
Test in a brand-new Premiere project to see if the behavior is project-specific.
Open Window → Extensions and try closing/reopening the Excalibur panel instead of restarting Premiere. If that restores functionality, it points to the panel crashing.
If possible, monitor Activity Monitor when the issue occurs to see if Premiere or the Excalibur process shows unusually high CPU or memory usage.

Since the panel becomes blank and clicking effects has no response, it looks like a reproducible plugin issue.
