looks like Excalibur's Effects keyboard shortcuts do not work

I use the keyboard shortcuts as previously and nothing happens, I also noticed Adobe changed something in the shortcut .kys files, anyone else experiencing this?

Is it possible to change shortcuts in Excalibur Settings?

I updated Excalibur to v1.3.3. Shortcuts does not work anymore. I can go into Excalibur Settings and assign shortcuts with no problem, but they don't work at all on Premiere v26.2.0 Build 65.

SELF EDIT: it seems that license info on v1.3.3 is not sticking, and Excalibur is ignoring the pressed shortcuts because it is not licensed (this happen every time I open Premiere, Excalibur becomes unlicensed).

If I enter my license key, everything works... until I restart Premiere.
