Watchtower in Premiere Productions

Hi fellow knights, need some help with watchtower!

What I am doing is a show recorded on a mocap stage. We will sync the computers via Resilio Sync, as there is not enough time to build shared storage on-site. The mocap / unreal team will render out setups for me to edit in Premiere. My thought was to set up a project within a production called "XX - From Mocap Stage," monitoring all subfolders of my rushes folder on my disk, i.e., Sc-001, Sc-002, and so on. After receiving a new set of shots, I would sort them into a dedicated project within the production using the scene numbers. I would then move this clip out of the project monitored by Watchtower. However, as I move out a bunch of clips, Watchtower will, of course, re-import them into the "From Mocap Stage" project. Is there any way to avoid this behavior?

And, as we are working with resiliency sync and there will be growing files, is this a problem?

Can you keep these items in “From Mocap Stage” project? These are just references to actual media on your drive.
If you would like to filter them (already processed and added to “MAIN PROJECT”), you can just create another bin in “From Mocap Stage” project, e.g. “processed” and move items there.
Watchtower checks duplicates across whole project, so if items where moved to “processed” bin within the same project, Watchtower will consider them already imported and won’t import them again.
This way you will always get new media in your watch bin.

And, as we are working with resiliency sync and there will be growing files, is this a problem?

I can’t tell, I didn’t try Resiliency Sync.
Watchtower checks growing files with interval up to 5 seconds. So if at some point file will stop growing longer than 5 seconds, it will try to import it.
