Tracking moved Files with Watchtower

Hi Sir Ivan, as you know, if I move clips between folders in Finder, then re-sync Watchtower, it will import the clip in the new location but not remove it from the old bin in Premiere. I've learned that using Premiere's Consolidate Duplicates command will remove the old references, which is great.

If I move the clip in Finder too far for Premiere to track, then the clip goes offline, of course. My question is, is there a way for Watchtower to better track moved clips, remove old references to clips in bins or remove the offline clips automatically?

EInCT for now there is no way to do this. Watchtower doesn't alter existing items, non-destructive approach.
If you want to move files from one folder, I suggest to:

turn off auto-sync
perform move
relink file in Premiere
turn auto-sync on
