Blikopener Yes, the timeline panel is on my laptopscreen and the Project panel is on my secondary monitor. New items like transparant video, black video, color matte etc... work just fine.
Sir_Ivan Blikopener other items work fine because they are created though Premiere API only. Adjustment layer is created through mix of API and UI automation. There is a problem on Windows when users have split Project and Timeline panel (so they are not part of one main window). For testing purposes if you will put both panels in one main window, will New Item > Adjustment Layer work?
