Description
I can't enlarge any windows in Premiere, including the "Export" tab.
Expected Behavior
If I'm clicked in a window, say a footage bin, and I want to expand it full screen, I press the tilde key and it expands to fill the monitor. I press again and it goes back to it's original size.
Actual Behavior
It expands and then a second later resets. If I click into the Export tab, it pushes this into the top left and I cannot use it.

Expand a window.

I often need to see all the footage in a bin fullscreen to grab b-roll.
