Duplicate Folders Issue in After Effects (Watchtower 1.5 and Later)

Hi there,

In Watchtower 1.5.7, After Effects folder syncing does not work correctly — multiple duplicate folders are created.

The folder structure in AE should match the directory structure 1:1, but this behavior occurs randomly and quite frequently. Changing subfolder settings does not fix the issue.
Environment: Windows 11 / After Effects 2025. The problem has been present since Watchtower 1.5.0.
