Regex for incremented sequences

My naming convention has its number inbetween the sequence name.
It looks like this: 02.1_SequenceName
The first number marks the kind of sequence (complete raw footage, selection, rough cut), the second number is the version.
Right now I see no way to set a count for the second number.

The only solution now is having multiple increment commands with the leading numbers.

robubble what if you will create user command with "duplicate and increment" command and set your name like this (with use of wildcards): "02.#V{1}_#SEQ"

No way to do that. However you can rename "Archived Sequences" to anything (still it will be one bin for all sequences)
In future I plan to add some customisation of destination bin (or its absence option).

That's what I'm doing at the moment but this way I need multiple user commands for every type of sequence (01. for raw footage, 02. for selections, 03. for rough cuts,...)
It works and it doesn't repeat the "02." in the sequence name which is cool but with regex it would need just one command which would be nice. Nevertheless, it also works this way.

That's also a reason for my naming scheme. This way I can quickly distinguish and sort what type of sequence I have. Still I'm looking forward to more customizability. Thanks for your work 👍️

robubble Understood, probably regex will made it there one day.
Also I plan to add coding logic, which will allow user to create their own lists with options. In your case you would be able to select option for type of sequence and this could be passed as an argument for sequence name.
