Export Preset Folder Destination

I use Excalibur to export videos. I made a shortcut to export to Media Encoder using my export preset and set the output folder to a relative path. This way, it would export to the "Export folder of the project" even for different projects. I thought it would save/export in my export folder in every new project I exported. But it will only export on the same Export Folder as the last project.
I have a folder structure for each Project and I have an Export folder, where I always save exported videos.

Excalibur version: 1.2.3
Premiere Pro version: 2024
Operating System and version: windows 11
