I often have to work with non-16:9 content in a 16:9 timeline. Fill Frame (Excalibur) works great for resizing everything, but I frequently need to reposition the content to the left/right of the frame (see image above) for better composition.
Usually I just eyeball it, but that is tedious. Sometimes I will go into Anchor and set the anchor point to left or right, and then input X as 0 (left align) or 3840 (right align). This is also tedious and can mess up other anchor point-related actions.
It would be great if there was a function that could Align-Right or Align-Left (and for that matter, Top and Bottom too) with a command. Not sure if this would fit better as an Excalibur function or an Anchor function.
I could also foresee a method that allows Excalibur to call upon Anchor (as a parameter w/in the Anchor Point command) and execute a custom command that can be programmed to do this. But just having a separate "Align" command might be more streamlined.
