Transform Can't Copy

Greetings,
When I apply the Transform Effect on a layer using Excalibur, I can't copy the Transform Effect to other layers.

Is there a fix for this? I want to copy my keyframes on the Transform from the Excalibur.

I've heard of this issue and I don't think there is a fix for that. However if I remember right it happens only in specific version of Premiere Pro. What version do you use?
