I am having trouble with Excalibur - the same problem in the forum below.

I have tried the steps a while back, and written to the support email a few times, but the programs used to say "refreshing presets”, but now there are no presets at all. There is no folder for Knights of the Editing Table in my Application Support, and I just downloaded the new update hoping that would fix my issue.
Any help at all would be amazing - it worked for a few weeks and it was absolutely incredible.
