Hi,
When adding a new item, specifically, an adjustment layer, I'd like to add it right above the currently selected clip. I realize the default behavior is to the lowest enabled track. I was hoping there was a user command that could make this work.
For example, is it possible to enable tracks the same way we can target tracks? Like, Enable track 5, then then add the adjustment layer... or anything really...

Update: I tried this with some success:
1 - lock all video tracks
2 - add video track (shortcut)
3 - New item, adjustment layer
4 - add Effect
5 - unlock all tracks
This has some success because, by locking all tracks it disables them, then adds a new track which will not be blocked and become the lowest enabled track. Unfortunately, for some reason it doesn't work twice in a row. Instead, it jumps to the beginning of the sequence but adds no track, or lock anything. Besides, it requires adding a new track for each run which isn't what I'm looking for. But if anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it!
