getting duplicate, 2 or 3, copies in a row and missing audio

Hi,

Just bought grave robber. it seems like every other time I use it it will duplicate the video section I'm trying to unnest 2-3 times and then not copy the audio on the original section. so then I'll un do the appropriate amount of times and then just do the audio and then repeat. but I can't figure out why it sometimes works properly and while it sometimes doesn't. any tips? Mac 12.6.3 PR 23.1.0 (Build 86)

Please, try the following:

create new empty project and import your existing project there
if above didn't help, try this:
while Premiere Pro is loading press and hold ctrl/cmd + shift, this will reset Premiere

thank you. it worked correctly for a few tries, and even brought over the captions. but then it started acting up again. I'll select the nested track (both audio and video) then it will do the video, then skip the audio, paste the video again, so it's duplicated, then go back and do the audio then stop.

besides re-importing into another project, any other options to try? Thanks

you can try reset Premiere preferences
while Premiere Pro is loading press and hold ctrl/cmd + shift, this will reset Premiere
