Angus When using either keyboard shortcut or manually selecting paste on same track, nothing happens. Had previously always worked as expected, don't believe anything has been updated prior to it stoping working. Excalibur version: 1.1.4 Premiere Pro version: 22.2.0 Operating System and version: MacOS 12.5
Angus Just tried adding cross fades to some clips and no problems with that. Haven't noticed any other functionality not working other than 'paste on same track'
Sir_Ivan Let’s enable logging and see what is going on: open Excalibur Settings hold ctrl and type writelog (you should see “LOGGING ENABLED” message), excalibur_log.txt file will be saved in your Documents folder close and open Premiere Pro replicate the bug you've encountered send me excalibur_log.txt file that is generated in your Documents folder Location of Documents folder: [mac] <drive>/Users/<user name>/Documents [win] <drive>\Users<user name>\Documents send log to support@knightsoftheeditingtable.com
Angus Oh very strange but after enabling logging and restarting it seems to be working again! I guess problem sorted, classic really, sorry for wasting your time. I'll see if the problem comes up again and if so will send over the log file. Thank you!
Sir_Ivan Great! To disable logging do the same: open Excalibur Settings hold ctrl and type writelog (you should see “LOGGING DISABLED” message) Let me know if problem will reappear.
