Refreshing presets

I have this strange issue for the past few weeks.

ALT+Space pops Excalibur up without any issues, but then no matter which commands I enter, nothing shows up except for the infinite loop "Refreshing Presets" in yellow as per the screenshot.

I've reinstalled Excalibur, didn't work.
License is active in Premiere Pro (Windows)

Dunno what the issue is??

Looks like settings file is corrupted. Let’s try one of these:

move this folder to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:
C:\Users\__username__\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur

if this didn't help

move this file to Desktop and restart Premiere Pro:
C:\Users\__username__\AppData\Roaming\SpellBook\knights_of_the_editing_table.excalibur.json
