USER: Would Excalibur be able to perform a slip edit without moving the clip's keyframes? Something along the lines of an entry field for users to input the number of frames they want to slip their clip by, at which point Excalibur would:
Copy the clip
Remove all attributes (to avoid duplicating effects when pasting attributes)
Slip the clip by the number of frames entered (to the right for a positive number, to the left for a negative number)
Paste all attributes
