sound/audio is often recorded with multiple microphones that input into a recorder device.
When you import your clips, you will see a folder for each recording. Each folder contains as many clips as the number of the microphones used. In some cases I have even 5 or 6 clips for each recording.
What is usually done is to put each clips (of the same folder) on a different audio track of Premiere. They're all exactly the same length, as it's exactly the same clip, just recorded with a different mic.
Currently, you can only select each clip individually in order to put it on a separate track. If you select them all, Premiere will put them on the same track.
It'd be great to be able to select all audio clips (from the same folder) and add them each on a separate audio track.
