Excalibur refreshing presets

Today when I went to use Excalibur I found myself unable to use any of my custom shortcuts, and whenever I went to search I saw the above "refreshing presets dialog" I followed the answer in this thread https://forum.knightsoftheeditingtable.com/d/241-my-excalibur-is-empty but nothing changed, Sir Ivan, I ask for your help,

GAMatthews are there any commands listed in Excalibur Settings, Commands tab?

No there aren't, I've enabled logging, if you need me to send you any log details

GAMatthews did you try both solutions from link above? (moved excalibur folder to desktop and then shortcuts folder)

Sir_Ivan Yes I did, and it's still not working, is there some way I could completely uninstall and reinstall excalibur or something? I'm fine with loosing my shortcuts, I didn't have many, moreso I used excalibur as a means of automating presets to avoid RSI

Interesting, let's try to remove also excalibur_settings.json file and restart Premiere Pro, you will need to enter your license again after that.
Here is where it is located:

[win]: C:\Users\__username__\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur_settings.json
[mac]: /Users/__username__/Library/Application Support/Knights of the Editing Table/excalibur_settings.json

I've removed it and upon unsheathing excalibur it doesn't ask me to re-enter my license, and whenever I type anything in it continues to give me the refreshing presets dialog, and Excalibur's commands are still empty
It's very odd

The problem was solved. GAMatthews had his AppData folder moved to another drive, that is why removing "excalibur" folder didn't helped in first place. After locating it on another drive and removing it, the issue was fixed.
