Excalibur is not opening right after installing it

Right after installing the plug-in, my Premiere pro starts acting up. It seems as Excalibur tries to load in the background but it's stuck for some reason.
The mouse flickers and keyboard becomes not responsive. Premiere becomes literally unusable.

I've tried deleting cache and installing Excalibur on the fresh Premiere pro with no extensions whatsoever

Tried with Excalibur 1.1.3 and 1.1.4
Tried with Premiere pro 2020 v14.8, 2021 v15.4 and 2022 v22.0
Operating system: Windows 10

We had a screencast talk with Danny and it appears that he had one of those rare cases that extension needed to be in another CEP folder (there are 3 of them!)
After moving manually folders from default installation path:

C:\Users\ **username** \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\

to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\

Excalibur started to work again.

For future reference:

This bug has a distinctive visual cue. Extension will constantly reload itself, you will see a loading circle around your mouse.
