Excalibur stuck at refreshing presets

I'm using excalibur in premiere 2021 15.4 Windows OS. When I tried to unsheath using alt + space, I can see excalibur search window. But when I type commands, a small yellow text which says "refreshing presets..." appears. And the commands will not appear. Even simple commands like scale, label or warp fails to appear.

Looks like settings file is corrupted, try to delete this folder and restart Premiere Pro:
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Knights of the Editing Table\excalibur
If you had a lot of custom user commands then don’t delete excalibur folder, but move it to your Desktop, zip it and send it to me.

Hey Sir_Ivan, I'm getting a similar problem on macOS, except with only a few commands. In particular, effects, video presets, and transitions (see attached image). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Sir_Ivan I’m on macOS Monterey 12.0.1, and I’m using premiere pro version 22.0.0 (build 169).
