There's a nice script for After Effects called "Declutter" that allows the user to set up their preferences regarding their preferred folder structure, with naming of assets, and when you click it it automatically cleans up a messy project window, moves images in to the images folder, audio into the audio folder etc.
It would be great to have something like that in Excalibur, or a separate plugin / script for Premiere.
