Add MotionBro transition

Hello !

I'm not very hopeful as I guess it would require an API on their end, but being able to import MotionBro transitions/animations from Excalibur would be incredible !
To my knowledge, it's really the most advanced animations manager, supporting simple .mogrt to much more complex animations with mixed layers / adjustment layers / mogrt.

Hm, as I see from their website they use adjustment layer technique for applying transitions, so these are not real transitions items. Am I right?

When you add them to timeline, do they appear in your Project panel?

Exactly ! They don't use real transition, that's why it's so powerful. They use .prproj files internally and have their custom logic to add it to the timeline (without overriding layers etc)

midm interesting. I wonder if I can come up with a system that will not require API from creators of such tools (e.g. Mister Horse is another one I've heard of).

Just purchased, and loving Excalibur so far! I spent the last couple hours trying to figure out how to pull in transitions from Mister Horse. After seeing this forum post, I'm realizing it's a custom implementation and not compatible (yet). Thank you for the insight! Would love to be able to use these or find a workaround. Going to take a peek at AtomX. Thanks all!
