Add Marker to Clip Error When Clip Speed isn't 100%

Marker duration does not match clip duration when speed is not 100%.

Expected Behavior

Marker suration would match clip duration, accounting for what speed the clip is set to

Actual Behavior

Not sure, but command seems to use parameters of clip duration as if clip were set to 100. The error seems visually most noticeable when clip speed is faster than 100%.

Steps to Reproduce

Pull subclips out of larger source clips on the timeline
change speed to 400% on subclips
run Add Marker to Clip command on sub clips
Duration of marker does not match the duration of speed adjusted sub clips

Perfect catch! Of course I didn't account for that, the same bug it had with adding keyframes to clips with changed speed.
Will fix it in next update.
