Description
Toggle all tracks does just target or untarget all tracks.
Expected Behavior
I thought that toggle all should switch the target state of every track
Actual Behavior
e.g. Tracks 1,2,4 are targeted and track 3 is not targeted, after the command all the tracks are untargeted
Steps to Reproduce
use command on mixed track states
Your Environment
- Excalibur version: 1.1.3
- Premiere Pro version:15.0 build 41
- Operating System and version:Mac Os BigSur
