Special Bins Settings and Project Setup

Would be really nice to have more settings over the bins that excalibur is creating.
Previously setting names for them.
Also if you could just feed in a basic bin structure that you are always creating at the start of the project and place already the special bins where you want them.
So that you just have to use the command eg. Setup Project and it creates bins for you like you want it.
Kinda like Binr from HelPr.

I plan to add more customisation options for every command in Excalibur. Custom special bins names for sure!

You can create template project, with prepopulated bins, create special bins and move them where you need them.

The more I use excalibur the more I like this plugin. Another function which I use every day is duplicate and increment sequence, it saves so much time and effort yet I would like to ask if its possible to have a custom location where this versions of sequences are stored. I had a workflow where I put it inside _Edit/zOLD thats where I keep my old sequences and Excalibur currently creates an Archived Projects folder. Would be nice to be able to point where this duplicate and increment should move the sequence. Maybe somewhere in settings. This is not a very important request since I can just move all sequences at the end when I am done but I thought it would be nice to have this ability. Again thank you Sir Ivan for this awesome tool, definitely my favorite plugin.

I plan to add custom names for Special Bins.
What you can do now is to rename "Archived Sequences" to "zOLD" and move it to "_Edit".
Excalibur will still find this bin and put old sequences inside.

The features that use the 'archived Sequences' and the 'special Clips', 'nested clips' etc. are great! But I did my best and found room for improvement: It would be great to be able to customise the names of these folders, or even the location. Because they clutter up my nicely organised Project a little bit. Not a big issue but would make Excalibur even more awesome. 🙂

If you just rename the folder that Excalibur creates the first time (and put it where you want), it’ll maintain the link to that folder even with the name change. I do this all the time, works great. Minimal involvement needed, though a default somewhere could be nice.
