I would love an ability to map the inserting/overwriting of clips from certain bins to specific tracks in the timeline ()with or without audio). For example, I have a bin for camera 1 that I always want on video track 1 and audio track 1. I have another bin for camera 2 that I always only want on video track 2. I have a bin for camera 3 that I always want on video track 3. Then I have titles and graphics that I always want on video tracks 4 and 5. I use the hotkeys for "insert" and "overwrite" for dropping my footage into the timeline and since I cannot control the "source patching" with a hotkey, I usually end up having to drag the clips up or down to their preferred track.
Furthermore, since I use an identical workflow for each project, it would be awesome if the mapping of these bins to specific tracks, could carry over from project to project so I don't need to remap them with each new project.
